Profile of Leadership Effectiveness (POLE) Non-Profit Board Survey

This tool reveals a board’s level of effectiveness, so they know where to best focus efforts to improve on skills including: openness to new ideas and adaptability; clear and shared mission; leadership effectiveness and engagement; effective collaboration and communication; overall board functionality and accountability levels; ability to speak clearly about standards and expectations; along with fiscal leadership. The results also inform where board members may need additional training.
