Strategic Planning Rooted in Your Context We co-design your K–12 strategic plan with your leadership team, not for them. Your district’s history, priorities, and community shape every goal we set together so the plan reflects where you are and where your students need you to go.
Surfacing the Voices That Matter Most We partner with your team to administer CEE EES Staff, Student, and Family surveys and facilitate structured focus groups and a district-wide summit. Your community already has the answers. We help you hear them clearly and build them into the plan.
Data Dashboards Your Whole Community Can Use We work alongside your team to build a district data dashboard that translates your strategic goals into clear, visual progress indicators. Board members, principals, families, and staff can all see the same picture and understand what it means.
Evidence-Based Decision Support Throughout the engagement, CEE provides real-time data analysis and research-based recommendations tailored to your district’s context. Your leadership team makes the calls. We make sure those calls are grounded in the best available evidence.
Ongoing Partnership Beyond the Plan Launch Strategic planning is not a one-time event. We stay alongside your district with three annual data refreshes and continuous support so your plan evolves with your community’s needs and your dashboard stays current between board meetings.
